Better LeBron Footage

Date July 23, 2009

http://ebaumnation.com/2009/07/22/jordan-crawford-dunks-on-lebron-james
A fiercer dunk than DHigh claimed.  I always liked Jordan Crawford at IU, and if David’s not going to mention it, I’ll remind everyone that he dropped 20 on Kentucky and his big brother Joe.  A word of caution to Xavier fans, though–apparently some IU folk took to calling him TUO, for The Undisciplined One. Happy Birthday Elliott

Date July 17, 2009

Big shout out to fellow writer Elliott Huntsman who has a birthday today. I think he’s still in Maine with unlimited relaxation and very limited internet.  In honor of his birthday, I’m linking you to his first post on CMF, and Chadwebb if you still haven’t seen a single episode what’s wrong with you? [...]

That one kid dunked on Lebron…

Date July 14, 2009

You know – that one kid, that kid who had an older brother who played for the blue team, and played for a year on the red team, schooled his brother in the red/blue game, and now plays for the X team under the baby-faced young coach…

Though we did it being led by some guy going to Cornell.

Date June 1, 2009

I was a champ speller in middle school (Tri-North Trojans, baby). I was on Spell Bowl, the spelling [...]

Indiana, Our Indiana

Date March 20, 2009

I’m due to post about it.  The worst season in Indiana University basketball history.  6-25 overall.  1-17 in the conference.  SEVENTEEN Big Ten losses.  Including two to Northwestern, who won at Assembly Hall for the first time ever.
But, I dare you to read this story and question our coach or our team.

When It Rains

Date February 8, 2009

Indiana suspends their leading scorer indefinitely.
Good god.  This season is brutal.  Not only are we breaking every record in the books–I think we recently matched our worst losing streak since the 1940’s–11 games, including Lipscomb, Northeastern, and, of course, Kentucky–but we can barely field a division I squad.   We turn the ball over constantly, and [...]
