They’re calling it “Big Blue Madness” now, but that sounds kinda lame. I’ll call it what I’ve called it my whole life. Found this picture by image-googling “Patrick Patterson midnight madness” because I remember loving his fro’ed-out entrance from last year.

I got on My Fox Memphis’s website out of boredom today, to see how the live stream was doing. If you remember my post from the end of March, you’ll remember that Memphis News was streaming a live feed of the door to Memphis’s athletic department, hoping that Calipari was going to exit.
Well, today here’s a screencap of the chatter on the chat next to the current live feed:

7 Months later, people are still yelling for the return of the door and Kentucky’s favorite newscaster Les Smith. Outstanding.
Tomorrow is Big Blue Madness. Let’s get the basketball season started!

10 years ago the GHS class of 1999 walked the line and went about their lovely little lives…and then….We were back together.

On October 10, 2009, our 10 year reunion was held at Barren River Lake Lodge. After months of planning, I was happy to have the silly thing done.
If I had known I was going to have that much fun, I would have had 3-4 days worth of reunion activities.

If you don’t know by now, Midnight Madness (Big Blue Madness…whatever) tickets go on sale tomorrow morning at 6am. People have been camping outside of Memorial Coliseum’s ticket windows since Wednesday morning at 12:00am. We stopped by last night, and got stupidly excited when we the first person we ran into was Patrick Patterson:
